Warranty Overview
Spabrothers supports the manufacturer’s warranty for all spa replacement parts, including Vita Spa parts, MAAX hot tub components, and other OEM spa accessories from the date of purchase.
All sales are final.
Customers pay all shipping costs.
All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.
Returns & RMA Instructions
To process a warranty claim or return on hot tub parts:
- All warranty returns require an approved RMA number.
- Items sent without an RMA may be refused.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship with tracking and insurance; pack parts securely.
- Customer pays shipping to and from Spabrothers.

for an RMA request.

Important: Warranty, return, and exchange requests must be submitted within 10 business days of shipment. No exceptions after 10 days.
Electronic Parts – Circuit Boards & Controls
CEI (Consumer Engineering, Inc.) Electronic Spa Parts
- CEI hot tub circuit boards and electronic parts include a 30-day warranty from the invoice date.
- Spabrothers is a distributor; CEI handles all warranty decisions directly.
- CEI contact information is available upon request.
Vita Spa by MAAX Electronic Components
- Warranties for Vita Spa by MAAX control systems, topside panels, and circuit boards
are handled directly by the manufacturer.
- All warranty approvals are final.
- All electronic part sales are final.
Circuit Board Warranty Exclusions
Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by installation or electrical problems, including:
- Burnt terminals or terminal blocks
- Burnt or blown fuses
- Burnt traces or connections
- Loose wiring or incorrect hookups
- Overcurrent from external equipment
These issues are typically caused by field installation errors or improper spa wiring.
No Advance Replacements
We do not ship advance replacements.
The original part must be returned first for warranty evaluation.
If removing the part disables your spa, ensure the hot tub is fully drained to prevent water damage or freezing.
Non-Returnable Spa Products
For safety and manufacturer compliance, the following cannot be returned:
Electrical & Mechanical Parts
- Circuit boards
- Spa packs and control systems
- Topside controls
- Sensors, switches, indicator lights
- Pumps, blowers, motors
- Heaters and heater elements
- Ozonators
- Any electrical or mechanical hot tub component
Water-Contact Parts
(Once exposed to spa water, items cannot be returned)
- Filters
- Jets
- Pillows
- Any submerged or water-contact part
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order spa parts
- Custom-configured components
Return Credits & Restocking
- Approved returns receive store credit only—no refunds.
- Incorrectly ordered items may have a 25% restocking fee.
- Special-order parts are not returnable unless defective.
- Returned items must be unused and in new condition, or they will be refused.
Spa Cover Orders
Spa covers cannot be canceled once placed.
For urgent issues, call 386-677-2120 (Mon–Fri).
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Signature Required for High-Value Orders
Due to increased issues with lost or stolen packages, Spabrothers may require a signature for:
- Spa motors
- Circuit boards
- Spa side controls
- Special-order spa components
- High-value hot tub replacement parts
You may request No Signature Required, but you accept full responsibility for lost/stolen packages.
Shipping Carriers
- UPS (no PO Boxes, best option for spa parts shipping)
- USPS
Most orders ship within 48 hours, but high-demand periods may require 7–10 business days.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier holiday schedules.
Expedited Shipping Cutoff
For same-day shipping, UPS Overnight, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
UPS special orders placed:
- After 2:00 PM Friday, or
- Anytime Saturday/Sunday
will ship Monday.
UPS Delivery Guarantee Notice
UPS does not guarantee on-time delivery during:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Emergencies
- Pandemic conditions
Delayed shipments under these conditions are not refundable.
Inspect Your Order
Inspect your shipment immediately.
- Report visible damage directly to the carrier.
- Report shortages or incorrect items within 7 days.
- Claims cannot be honored after 7 days.
Tracking numbers are provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Shipping Policy
Key International Terms
- Orders ship only after payment clears.
- All international sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
- Warranty coverage applies only within the USA.
- Risk of loss transfers once UPS accepts the package.
Duties & Taxes
Customers (importers) are responsible for:
- Import duties
- VAT / taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Customs charges
These costs vary by country.
USPS International Warning
USPS international packages become untraceable once they leave the U.S.
Use at your own risk—Spabrothers is not responsible for lost USPS international shipments.
Customs Restrictions
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm import eligibility.
Spabrothers is not liable for delays or seized items.
Sales Tax
Florida residents are charged the correct county-specific sales tax.
